Library

The Jewish Congregation of Venice library is a place to foster Jewish learning, knowledge, and culture. You are welcome to browse, borrow books, or relax and read, whenever the JCV is open.

Come to the library and sign out a book in the logbook on the desk and sign in the book upon return. The library books are about Jewish subjects or written by Jewish authors, including some written by JCV members. We welcome suggestions.

Visit the library; there is surely a book of interest for you!

The library is funded solely by donations. For a donation of $25.00, a bookplate will be placed in a new book in honor or in memory of whomever you choose, with your name as the donor. If you provide an address, a card will be sent to the recipient or the recipient’s family.
