Since our last post, our Strategic Planning efforts have continued to move forward. Over the summer, we reviewed the tasks completed during Year 1 and are now preparing to develop our Year 2 Action Plan. This plan will build on our previous accomplishments while identifying new tasks to help us advance our three key priorities: Leadership, Membership Growth, and Financial Stability.
Programs are already being designed to support these goals. For example, a new initiative to foster volunteerism at the JCV will launch this fall.
