Putting together the list of tasks necessary to carry out a strategic plan takes a lot of data and analysis. To help ground our efforts, the JCV Strategic Planning Committee conducted focus groups. The data from these focus groups have now been analyzed. This information was then matched with our three priorities (leadership and volunteerism, membership growth, and financial stability).
