At our March meeting, the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) considered the analysis from the JCV Focus Groups. This analysis involved reading through the session notes and identifying recurring themes and key ideas. From this analysis, the SPC was able to select a set of actionable items that fit with our Strategic Plan’s three priorities (Leadership Development, Growth, and Financial Stability).
