Strategic planning at the JCV is making real progress. Building on our Year 1 Action Plan, we’ve conducted focus groups to gather congregants’ insight into topics critical to our planning of the JCV’s future over the next five years. Remember, putting a strategic plan in place is an evolving process. As we decide on the tasks we should undertake, we learn what works, what doesn’t work, and what we should change. This is one of the reasons why we’ve posted online the updates to our Year 1 Action Plan. Congregant input is integral to this process.
